All finished products are delivered to the warehouse by the conveyor, passing through the whole enterprise production area, which allows to provide for the one-way stream from the raw materials section to the storage area. Provided along the whole finished product transportation route are special control scanning points, which enable to minimize re-grading risks and transmit automatically all the data between the sections and the warehouse within the product stocktaking system. Installed in the conveyor end part is the Kalfass automated shrink-wrapping machine.

Mikkogroup storage facilities meet the latest requirements and standards. The storage complex consists of shelves and locations, enabling to store simultaneously more than 3000 palettes containing raw materials or finished products. All storing operations are carried out automatically, involving the use of electric loaders and stackers. Each pallet represents an individual location of the general storage system, which bears its own bar code used to identify the contents of the location within seconds.

The storage system is fully computerized. All the loaders and stackers are equipped with scanner terminals connected with the uniform network via Wi-Fi. As raw or other materials are requested for production purposes, the warehouse operators can apply, any time, to the computer database and define the location of any material that was requested.
