Two roll combination printing machines Gallus RCS (8 and 10 sections) are the main "ventricles" of Mikkogroup printing "heart". The machines of such level are made to develop absolutely exclusive labels for the products, which are highly positioned in the market.

Flexibility and well-balanced design of the Gallus RCS printing machines allow to carry out most complex and complicated operations within short periods of time. Gallus RCS presents the innovative label production technology: the fully servo-actuated platform-based design and a high automation degree assure the cost-beneficial output of medium-run products possessing the optimum quality properties.

The high performance of the Gallus RCS system is attributed to the features of fast readjustment and re-equipment, maximum simplicity of servicing and high functional flexibility. The printing methods can be changed without any belt rupture.

The complex structure of printing belts, high functional capabilities allow to produce in the on-line mode the most complex multilayer, two- and three-sided labels, involving different special effects, numbering or imprinting individual symbols on each label, the use of several layers of foil, relief embossing, application of compound paints and varnishes by different printing methods.

• ESKO CDI Spark 2530 optic 15. Purpose: direct exposure on flexographic plates.
• Screeny stencil form manufacturing equipment.
• FLEX RIP Proof. Software raster processor.
• DuPont photopolymer processing machines.
• Impala engraving machine to produce embossing cylinders.

Main post-press equipment:

• Inspector Smag, including the Vision system (image scanning and control): label rewinding and control device. It is essential that no inferior-quality printed label be missed, since the labels are rolled, and no random quality check is possible.
