Cardboard, metal-faced cardboard or plastic, a variety of embossing, cutting, folding and gluing processes is not anywhere full list of the present-day capabilities providing the extensive sphere of the work for designers.
Mikkogroup possesses the following range of the advanced post-press finishing equipment:
Embossing line Steuer FOIL-JET FBR 104R (the cylinder-to-cylinder process). The equipment is used to perform hot foil embossing, blind and relief embossing, as well hologram adpressing operations. Provisions are made for product numbering and personifying operations with the use of special printers. Output rate: from 4000 sheets per hour as applied to difficult-to-make operations up to 9000 sheets per hour. Embossing format: 710 õ 1020 mm.
Stamping-and-punching machine DYMATRIX 106 CSB. The machine is intended for stamping, punching, notching, relief and blind embossing of the following sheet materials: paper — min. 80 g/m2, cardboard — max. 2 000 g/m2. Sheet size: 760 õ 1060 mm. Output rate: 9000 sheets per hour. A special section is used for separation of blanks and generation of piles, containing the adequate quantity of finished items.
Three stamping-and-punching systems DYMATRIX 106 CS. The systems are intended for stamping, punching, notching, relief and blind embossing of the following sheet materials: paper — min. 80 g/m2, cardboard — max. 2 000 g/m2. Sheet size: 760 õ 1060 mm. Output rate: 9000 sheets per hour.
Two folding-and-gluing machine DIANA Pro, 350 m/min. The machine is used to fold and glue box blanks to make the boxes of different types: boxes having folding bottoms and 1-6 gluing points; small-size boxes and tapered boxes; folding boxes provided with covers and multi-sectional boxes.
Folding-and-gluing machine ECO, 200 m/min. The machine is used to fold and glue box blanks. The machine is provided with a pre-folding section, electronic counter used to display service data, conveyor belt motion control system, remote control system.
The Heiber&Schroder WPS 1100 machine for rotational pasting of windows, scotch, as well as pasting of blanks. This equipment enables to paste windows in two flows and, if and when necessary, apply films by gluing onto the box whole surface area. The equipment is equipped with an additional device used to paste double-faced adhesive tapes.
